In some specific cases, identity and contact details may be transferred to partners (congress organizers) that may be established in countries that do not provide an adequate level of protection. In these cases, EATLP enters into appropriate agreements to protect your data with the relevant safeguards. You can obtain a copy of these agreements.

Your data is kept for the duration of the membership increased by 10 years as an archive except for (i) payment means details that will be kept by the service provider for 18 months after payment (ii) data sent to congress organizers and congress participation data that will be deleted within 24 months following the congress, and (iii) answers to the annual EATLP questionnaire which will be retained as a separate contribution for a duration of 12 months following compilation within the final national report, then - with your consent - published in such report on the website and tax research platform.
